After registering for an event, Association-Technologies enables attendees and exhibitors to book their hotels online without leaving the association database website. The conference registration links members to conference hotels where booking can be done immediately online. Hotel information is instantaneously processed on the conference registration database on the association website to provide members with quick access to hotel booking information. Attendees and exhibitors can view different hotel options and costs and submit a credit card to book online. Once booked, reservations are automatically confirmed to the hotel registrant through email and a notification on the association database.
