Association –Technologies enables organizations to bill and collect dues in a quick and efficient way by automating the dues renewal process for all members of an association. Through the website, new and existing members can make one-time payments that can be managed and tracked through our system. Association-Technologies automate the whole dues procedure from prospecting and renewing members to managing user information in an administrative database. The system will automatically remind members of dues deadlines, verify and update membership information (eg: membership status, payments outstanding, deadlines, and notices) All information relative to a member or a prospective member can be consolidated and sent as an email as a reminder.
