The online member’s database consists of basic user profiles as well as custom member profiles. Profiles and basic contacts will all be stored in the online database. Basic user profiles may be accessible to the public, whereas custom member profiles will be granted access based on user privileges. Association-Technologies will allow anyone to view basic profiles of members and administrators within an association but with limited access. Members will have the option to publish as much information as they want to the public eye. Permission to access profiles will be based on user groups and security parameters.

The private online database allows a member to enter several custom fields including: name of member, email address, contact number, credentials, academics history, pictures, events attended, etc. Our secure web interface enables members to update or remove information from their profiles at any time. Members can be searched in the database by name, city, state, country, etc. Once a member is found and selected, their image of the member and profile details will appear.

Association-Technologies facilitates interaction with members by private messages, specific groups, and discussion forums allowing the submission of new ideas for their respective association. AT enables members to serve themselves in a unique member application. They can export directories and phone lists right from the database.
